The way others see your personality is same as the way you see yourself. Do you concur with this statement? As far as my opinion is concerned, I do agree with this. As I stated, self-evaluation can either boost up your heart or it may break your heart. You must rate yourself positively. Positive self motivation leads to high self esteem. NEED FOR SELF-MOTIVATION: It is a phenomenon when an individual induces himself to achieve a desired level or when he pushes himself to accomplish the maximum level.
