This blog is based on some guidelines for a healthy lifestyle. It is not meant to be inclusive but to reveal only the five major components, which must be focused by everyone, to lead a healthy living. To look young, energetic and healthy is a dream of everyone. Nutritionists never suggest going for plastic surgery or to apply expensive makeup for healthy skin but they guide us to follow certain tips. Basically, five tips one should consider in order to stay healthy.

DRINK A LOT OF WATER:

    Drinking, not enough water causes dehydration, which results in severe illness and pain. Water consumption assists to cure illness- kidney stones, constipation, acne and brain swelling. Water is the best medication for relief and fights against body diseases. Try to drink normal and boil water, avoid drinking cold water, as it also helps to remove acne marks and pimples.  For better results rub your face gently with ice cubes. A healthy body requires at least 12 to 14 glasses of water per day, especially during hot weather.

    During hot weather, the body releases more water through sweating than normal weather. As a result of dehydration body also loses its electrolytes. Drink therefore water a lot for health care and to replenish released water. Besides, water also boosts the energy level, digests the food containing the small crucial ingredients and then transmit to the different chamber of the body. Hence, it obligatory to carry a water bottle with you wherever you go, consume it whenever a need strike.

POSITIVE THOUGHTS:

    Positivity is another mechanism for better health and is directly proportional to the health. Having a positive mind always have a great impact on the body. The mind controls entire body parts. If it is loaded with positivity, better results would come. The researchers concluded those who have a positive outlook are more focused, diligent and peaceful than those who carry a negative mindset.

    Another aspect is hope and positivity are always go along to lead a healthy lifestyle, and they also build inner happiness. 

Sometimes, people face the worst scenario in their life. Due to their positive attitude, however, they find more opportunities and                            satisfactory results.

        Always keep one factor in mind: surround yourself with those who direct you "the way of success", tell you "the cup as half full" so probably you would be able to generate your own prodigious path.

INTAKE OF FRESH FRUITS AND VEGETABLES:

    Fruits and vegetables are rich in fibre, proteins and vitamins. They are highly recommended to lower blood pressure, obesity, cholesterol and sugar level. Many types of research concluded that to acquire a healthy active lifestyle consume green leafy vegetables because they have a high amount of potassium and minerals, help to reduce the risk of heart stroke, cancer, lungs disease, skin problems and kidney stones. Green leafy vegetables like spinach, cucumber and cabbage are a rich source of fibre, potassium and vitamins, which help to clear and smooth your skin.

    Further, we people are blessed with seasonal fruits. However, the diet rich in with a variety of fruits helps to operate brain functions smoothly. Fruits like a banana for reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. Red fruits like Apple, watermelon etc. benefit the heart and skin tone. However, fruits and vegetables are packed with micro-nutrients, which are the active source for gaining a healthy body.

EARLY TO BED AND EARLY TO RISE:

    Those who are concerned about their sleeping schedule would less likely to deal with negativity and frustration. Additionally, a disorder of sleep causes the pessimistic view in human's mind and make them overwhelmed with burdens. Therefore, it is observed and proved through researches that healthy and proactive mind requires good sleep and early wake-up.  Here you might ask how long one would need to sleep? Even though an active mind and body demand a proper sleep, the fact is the duration of 8 to 9 hour is enough.

EXERCISING:

    Exercise is the last component to maintain a healthy body. Those who know its importance always keep it in their schedule as a first priority. It refreshes the mind and enhances thinking capacity. Exercise could be done in many ways like a morning walk, playing outdoor games or any other physical activity etc. The sound of leaves and bird's chirp make the surrounding beautiful.

    Further, researchers have concluded that one gets enough stamina and strong muscles, helps you to digest food and hence, physical appearance turns attractive. Laconically, some people have a wrong perception: by avoiding lunch and exercise are the best way to remain slim and smart. Better health is a consequence of exercising but proper diet and sleep go along too.
