The people were passing by the blind person who lay on
the street, holding a small banner on his hand and on it was written “I am
blind, please help me”. This site was being viewed by everyone who was passing
by but only some of them were dropping a coin. Suddenly, the blind man
perceived that a strange woman came near to him and wrote something that
eventually made people start to drop more coins on his box. Next day when that
woman came to see him he asked her, ‘what did you write?”. She replied, “Just
same meanings but in different words.” The previous statement was replaced by
“It’s a beautiful day and I cannot see it.” Your words can drive a person into
either heaven or hell and into happiness or sadness. Therefore, I believe words
are the most powerful tool.
COURTEOUS WORDS:
In friendship we usually here there is no need to be
courteous but the truth is courteousness promotes friendship. Words like: thank
you, sorry, excuse me, please etc. exist but the most prestigious words are
sorry and thank you which create space in someone’s heart. Being apologetic to
someone doesn’t bring you an inferior identity or lack in personality but it
shows your value in relationship. Gracious words add more value to the
relationship and strengthen the relationship stronger.
GENTLE WORDS:
Gentle and kind words can alter someone’s mind. They
can alters someone’s belief, someone’s goal and can delicate someone’s heart.
May be your intentions are right and pure but conveying them in the wrong way
can destroy a meaningful relation. For saving a relation being benevolent is
also required.
WORDS INCITE SELF-ESTEEM:
The uttered words give rise to self-esteem. The world
is filled almost with those people who like to utter spices, who are fond of
degrading others, and wish to humiliate other’s appearance just by spoken
words. These are the kind of people who neither think before speaking nor
realize their words can break someone’s heart. Do you think you really are the
one who tries to put others down? If yes, then be the one who is always on the
frontline to mend someone’s heart. It is reported that people who are depressed
all the time possess low self-esteem. They don’t have self-confidence with
whatever task they are carrying.
So what, if you are the one who builds up self-esteem
of depressed person by uttering the words that carry positive meanings? What if
you are the one who suggest good advices to the one who is urging for help? What
if you are the one who gives helping hand to the needy? What if you are the one
who utters gentle words to the broken heart? What if you are the one who passes
smile to the saddest person? Actually, it costs nothing but helps gain everything.
So here, one may ask how? You might be feeling like you should always be a gentle
speaker at every cost without having to receive anything but let me tell you
the truth: whatever good deed you do, it comes back to you in even better
forms.
Therefore, make yourself the one who pushes others’
self-esteem to a higher level. Thus, words may bring happiness in someone’s
life, words show the light in the darkened world and only ‘you’ are the driver
of your spoken words.
