Food is the means for feeding glamour to your body. The supply of micronutrients from food enrich the body segments and assist to function smoothly. Each segment demands to be filled with healthy components. But these healthy nutrients work successfully when you avoid such habits which cause negative symptoms in your body. Some habits are unacceptable by body and one can overcome unsatisfactory habits by restricting himself. When negative symptoms activate, they grow silently in your body initially but all of a sudden, they make your body uncomfortable. Therefore, here I have come with this article which guides you to avoid those factors that you are habitual of doing.

AVOID CARBONATED DRINKS:

  People are more fond of drinking carbonated drinks during meals which later on disclose the negative indications in the body. The doctors advise us not to even drink water during meal. The best moment to drink water is fifteen minutes before meal and about half an hour after finishing meal. As it becomes the reason to undigest the food particles. One may also face abdomen issues. It is therefore better to avoid taking any drink during meal.

DO NOT EAT ANYTHING BEFORE SLEEP:

  Some people have the habit of sleeping right after eating while some have irregular eating patterns. They do not realise this habit causes them into obesity and sleeping disorders. Dinner must be taken four to five hours before going to bed to have a peaceful sleep. Therefore, it is suggested to consume light meal during night so it will be easy to digest within three hours before sleeping. 

CHEW THE FOOD PROPERLY:

  Don't make yourself in rush while eating. When your food mixes with saliva, the present saliva in the food makes it easy to pass through the food pipe and make it digestable.

AVOID EXERCISE RIGHT AFTER EATING:

  Do not do exercise just after meal. Basically, most of the people follow the wrong concept and that is to do work out after meal. If you are one of those people who impatiently wait for work out just after meal without proper digestion so this may result in stomach problems and muscles pain. Because of these two pains, the other complementary pain arises too. Heavy and junk food cause indigestion problem before exercise.

NEVER START YOUR DAY WITH DAIRY PRODUCTS:

  Majority of us have an illusion that to start a day with dairy products and this misconception drives them to intake high amount of calories. Instead of starting your day with bread, cheese, butter and egg, start your say with either fruits or fresh juices. Secondly, during lunch time, make sure you have filled your stomach with a bowl of salad first.

DO NOT TALK AND USE CELLPHONE:

  Avoid talking and using a cellphone during meal. These two elements may divert one's attention from the meal as a result of which one may unconsciously fill his plate and do overeating. Besides, it is unethical and against the etiquettes of eating. Secondly, do not make chewing sound while eating.

  Hence, the highlighted points are general habits and at least one habit is observed in every individual. Probably, they are acknowledged about their improper body function but they might be unaware of the root cause. So if you possess any of these habits, instead of ignoring them, try to overcome in order to lead a healthy life.
