hear this term, they comprehend it wrongly and that is the reason they count
chicken and mutton items as part of their healthy diet and observe unfavorable
changes in their body as a result.
Healthy diet means a diet rich in protein, calcium,
minerals, vitamins and fiber which you can obtain from green leafy vegetables
and fresh fruits. However, some fruits contain water so they will not only help
you to maintain your body but also keep your body well hydrated. Isn’t that

-Make a pout for 1 min, then leave. Exhale air, then
again do this for 5 min. By regular doings you will see the good results after
a month.

Only good diet is not enough for proper health, you
have to put some exertion through physical activity. Some exercises are
commonly known while some need to be highlighted in order to know their
importance. Following are the exercises that you are suggested to do regularly:
