Life obstacles are universal phenomenon, which means both rich and poor have to meet the conditions for survival. Some are commonly noticed obstacles, but they have different levels. OVERCOMING FEAR:
The element of fear arises when you feel something
unexpected would happen, you feel you won’t be able to achieve the desired
goal, you would have a loss of most valuable things: job, health, family,
property and so on.
The above mentioned elements possess different
accuracy in everyone’s life. Being coward and fearful is a natural phenomenon,
it is okay to express such responses, but being scared all the time is not a
good indication. It would have a negative impact on your health. The mind which
operates the entire body part must be loaded with colorful thoughts. It is,
therefore, a medication of overcoming your fear. Secondly, you have a choice-
play it safe or face fear and rise. It has been proved through studies, you would
have never seen a person who is a successful businessman, have never had a
downfall in business, you would have never met a person who is a golf master,
but who never skipped any golf ball, and you would have never seen a writer who
has good writing skills, but who has never faced difficulties or failed in
being published.
OVERCOMING BAD HABITS:
Our habits reflect upon our lives. Habits may vary
from person to person, but bad habits considered bad for you not only
physically but also mentally, emotionally and sometimes it can have an unfavorable
impact on society. Having a peaceful life is a dream of everyone. Dreams might
be achieved by being creative, and by getting rid of bad habits which is a
major obstacle in between you and your dream. However, you can overcome your
bad habits by implementing some rules in your life.
OVERCOMING LAZINESS:
Laziness is not a good sign, you can overcome it by being active and punctual. At first, list your work in a piece of paper. Secondly, prioritize your work. Thirdly, think about benefits and finally, implement it with energetic mind. Hence, it would take less time with more efficient work. Besides, your surroundings have a significant impact on your productivity. Ask yourself whether you are surrounded by the people who are passionate about their goal? Are they creative, motivated and enthusiastic? Make sure to surround yourself with positive and effective people to accomplish your goal.
OVERCOMING SMOKING:
The fourth element and also an obstacle in life. Studies
show, smokers prefer smoking only to calm themselves and to reduce stress. Even
though it’s not a justified reason for smoking, smoking causes demise
ultimately. Therefore, one need to recognize an adverse impact of smoking.
