In today’s era, everyone including from youngest to oldest
are met with some sort of stress but it seems with youth has been mostly
targeted by stress. Whether financial, social, political, educational, domestic
all are causes of giving birth to stress. Having emotional nervousness, eating
disorder and hindrance in sleep all are common reaction to stress. However, by
following certain guidelines one can easily cope up with it.
TAKE A DEEP BREATH IN FRESH AIR:
Spending time in fresh air is a positive mood swing technique. Fresh air not only revitalizes one’s mind but also strengthens the heart. In an open environment looking up to the sky, one can recognize his or her potential and objective, which seems so close. Besides this, one obtains the wondrous benefits through inhaling procedure. It provides assistance in relaxing the body, regulating hormonal functions and soothes during sleep.
DO NOT STICK TO SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM:
Social medial is a platform for connecting people but
on the other hand, it also serves as one of the reason to create distance among
family members. We don’t even bother ourselves to attend to a sick individual
and pay heed to our elders rather, we prefer to greet them through messages. Spending
too much time on social media causes migraine issues, low self-esteem, ungratefulness
and obesity etc. The reason is some people are affected by depression when they
see others happy. However, they need to understand the ground reality that some
people love to post only their bright side and while posting, sometimes they
pretend it to have a colorful life.
Today’s generation now believes, social media has now become their need to remove the distance barrier with friends but if we observe even in a group of ten friends, two to three individuals would stick to their cell phone. Despite being in a friend circle, what’s the purpose of sticking to cell phone? Therefore, avoid engaging in too many social networks. You see what others want you to see and they hide the reality.
IGNORE THE NAYSAYERS:
Even though it is the third element, it is the most
considerable element. Naysayers are those who always give cynical remarks. Whatever
you do, they are the ones who degrade you and this leads you to be in stress. What
you are supposed to do in certain situation?
First, you need to realize your value and overlook the negative comments. Hence, critics will never be satisfied with you even if you achieve the maximum level.
PREOCCUPY WITH PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:
Last component to deal with stress is to get yourself
a break from worldly affairs and preoccupy with physical activities: gardening,
horse riding, swimming, outdoor games etc. Such significant activities can be a
source of diverting one’s attention from worldly matters and stressful thoughts.
For relieving stress one can execute aerobics or muscles stretching which also
count as a fruitful way to burn excess calories.
