HEALTHY HOMEMADE DRINKS

 



Morning with fresh drinks keep you active, energetic and robust all day. Unfortunately, people go for caffeine based drinks- coffee or tea. Some of them are extremely addicted that they can’t start their day without having a sip of it. Researchers conclude that over consumption of any drink causes deleterious outcomes in human body for long-term. Similarly, regular absorption of coffee or tea do not support digestive system. They are the reasons for dehydrating the body. Dehydration effects our body system internally and externally. Along with this, currently back bone pain, joint pain and shoulder pain are commonly observed. The reason being poor diet and excessive consumption of caffeine. Long ago, this scenario was observed in old age group but this case is now being identified in teen age group. Therefore, instead of caffeine take fresh homemade drinks which are the source of uplifting your body and giving instant energy.

LASSI:

    Lassi is a traditional drink. It is known for its benefits. Lassi contains such components which are responsible for strong bones. However, it is recommended to drink it daily in morning time.

METHOD TO PREPARE:

-         - In a blender add 1 cup of milk, add Yogurt 1-2 tablespoon and then add sugar (as required). You can add salt 1 pinch instead of sugar. Finally, blend all ingredients.

BANANA SHAKE:

    Banana is the only fruit which is available in all seasons. The properties present in banana fight against ulcers, cure bone pain, reduce stress level and boost up energy level. Additionally, banana shake is the source to gain weight.

METHOD TO PREPARE:

-         - In a blender add 1 cup of milk, add 2 bananas. No need to add sugar banana is already rich in sweetness. Lastly, press the blender button and before serving add some ice-cubes.

GREEN MILK SHAKE:

    I believe it is the remedy which provides you freshness from inside out. For making this, you need almonds which are lusty and full of vitamin E. Almonds play a role for skin nourishment.

METHOD TO PREPARE:

-         - In a blender add 1 cup of milk, add 4-5 crushed almonds and finally, add 1 tablespoon of green ice-cream syrup. Blend it properly and you are ready to serve.

DRY FRUIT DRINK:

    This drink includes 4 ingredients which are high in vitamins.

METHOD TO PREPARE:

-         - In container add 1 cup of milk, heat up.

-          -Add crushed wall nuts 1 tablespoon.

-          -Add crushed coconut 1 tablespoon.

-          -Add poppy seeds ½ tablespoon.

-          -Add crushed 3 almonds.

Stir it for 3-4 minutes on low flame and it will be ready for serving.

Hence, you must start your day with any of the highlighted drinks. It will take around 15 minutes for preparation but it will benefit you for the rest of the day.
